I completed my training at Elmwood College St. Andrews in Scotland and graduated with the “Higher National Certificate in golf course management”. At the same time, I obtained the highly respected “Master Greenkeeper Certificate”, which at that time only 22 greenkeepers worldwide held.

I then worked as a greenkeeper in the land of golf for a total of 21 years before I came to Germany in 1992 to continue my work here. Since then I have also been an active member of the greenkeeping community, including as a co-founder of Stomata.
